How To Stop Smoking – Don’t Worry I’ll Help You

quit_smokingTrust me now – I used to smoke 25 high tar cigarettes a day so when I tell you that I can help you stop smoking, it comes from the heart. Read more about it in this article.

I’m not going to patronise you and give you yet more reasons to quit smoking. I know that you are an adult and already know how bad smoking is for you or you wouldn’t be reading this article. Let’s concentrate on how you can stop the habit.

One way is nicotine replacement therapy but I don’t recommend it for a number of reasons. You are still addicted to nicotine and it doesn’t do anything to help that. In fact, it’s a more expensive version of nicotine!

Hypnotherapy is a much more interesting way to stop. It’s not 100% guaranteed but it is still highly effective. You’re conning your mind (not your body) into believing that it doesn’t need nicotine anymore. So you can be just like you were when you were younger and had not yet even touched a cigarette. Like I said, it works for many but you can relapse.

Cutting down on cigarettes. If you ask me, this is similar to NRT but maybe even worse. You just can’t wean yourself of cigarettes and you’ll end up going back.

Understanding nicotine’s relationship with your mind. Your body does not nicotine. Nicotine is a highly deceitful drug that tricks you into thinking that your body needs it when it does not. If you don’t believe this statement then nicotine has already tricked you! You must trust me, because I haven’t touched a cigarette for ten years. There are many tricks and tips that you can use to help you but if you understand nicotine’s false grip on your mind then you are halfway there.
